It's nice to hear of someone being successful in this.
Last week, I had a disagreement with someone in upper management and there has been a bit of retaliation, however, I have learnt from previous roles and am keeping a record of it.
If they want to keep treating me badly, then I'll go to HR with said records and ask if they want to class it as harassment, bullying or constructive dismissal.
I ain't playing games and I don't have time for almost literal playground politics (it would be literal, but the disagreement happened in a corridor, not the playground lol)
