I have experience with dealing with rats. You got to take them for a nice leisurely drive to the countryside and have them go with you for a walk through the woods.

You can't put a price on peace of mind and a trap does not provide that for me. I need a cat. I cannot live in this property in Norfolk as long as I have mice in it. I'm stuck having to commute in my Williamsburg property. Such a hassle.
